José Antonio Mármol

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, José Antonio Mármol developed a special interest for the kitchen from a very young age, admiring all the Venezuelan and European cooks he encountered.


Always bound to the world of gourmet food, he travaled to Spain and began his culinary Studies at the EUHT St Pol de Mar (Barcelona, Spain). He experienced unforgettable moments with well-known chefs around the world in Europe, Brazil, and Venezuela.


INEDIT (in Catalan) is a synonym for one and only, special, and made uniquely for each client. We specialize in transforming your home into a gourmet restaurant through our private dinners with wine pairings designed just for you! We also offer our catering service of appetizers and mini sampling platters in order to make your parties, meetings, and celebrations an unforgettable and unique experience!
